KERN BSG has capability to demolish buildings and other man-made structures to make way for brand new projects. Prior to demolition, we ensure all necessary steps are in place – acquiring permits, creating work and disposal plans, and disconnecting utilities.

Performed various projects ranging from $500k to $4 million across Canada.
The project involved structural upgrades, additions to buildings, process piping, steam plant upgrades, large industrial equipment installations with electrical control/automation. We were heavily involved with budget, scope of work, and coordinating with plant operations to insure we did not disrupt production. Most of the work was performed after hours and on weekends, and we would double or triple shifts to get the project to completion. Each plant and scope of work was unique in what was required. Having both Mechanical and Construction Services in house was a huge advantage on this project.
